Is it possible to balance a double major with one major being architecture?

I'm asking this because I'm interested in architecture and engineering, but I'm also interested in a few other career paths and I'm not sure whether it's better for me to just pick one and go to college for it (since I've been told that architecture is a very time consuming major) or try and go to college for all of them. #graduate #architecture #college-student #double-major

Its hard, very hard unless there is a kind of DUAL program like that.

Thank you comment icon Okay thanks for taking time out of your day to respond and I have a few questions to ask if that's okay with you. Are there a lot of colleges and universities that offer dual programs of that sort or is it rare? Also is it better to do a dual program or just go to college/university twice at different times so I won't be overwhelmed all at once? Allya

Hello Aliya

I won't say dual program is rare but I need to research a little more to answer this with 100% confidence.

With that said, may I ask why Architecture and Engineering? Whats your aim and dream job. Let me understand to approach your question correctly.

Thanks

Annie

Thank you comment icon Hello Annie I'm just looking at Architecture and Engineering right now because it's just one of the things that I've always found interesting and fascinating. I'm not too sure of what exactly my dream job is because I have so many different aspirations. I mean I've always loved dancing and basically anything related to the arts, but I also love math and science. When I think of what I could be in the future I see something related to architecture, talent/sports agent, business (entrepreneurial), medical, and a motivational speaker. I have experience dealing with the medical field and talent/sports agents, but I don't really have a lot of knowledge or experience with architecture or the business field. Allya
Thank you comment icon Right now I'm just really confused as to what exactly it is that I want to do, but I know that I want to be happy in whatever career path that I choose and be able to help others in some way. I'm sorry if I make this more confusing for you but I just want to know that if I were to attempt to do a dual program with architecture and another major what exactly it would entail. I'm just interested in countless of things even computer science but I have zero experience in it and have no idea if I'm even good at. I hope it's okay for me to ask, but how exactly did you pick that career path that you're now following? Thanks, Allya Allya
