Hi Alicia! I believe so yes, because first you apply for college then based on the colleges you apply for FAFSA. Usually you put in the colleges you are considering with some specific college codes that are provided if I remember correctly (sorry it's been a while). So make sure to apply to colleges and in the meantime work on getting your documents in order so you can have everything set before the deadline because the earlier you apply for FAFSA the better!

You do not need to complete the FAFSA to apply to college. The only reason for completing it is if you want to get some sort of financial assistance.

Absolutely. The FAFSA is a FREE Application - some schools may require it for a complete financial aid package, including state or school aid, but not admittance.
