I didn't find any hospital franchises and I assume that's due to the huge capital expense (my guess would be $20-30M for a small one). If you do your research you'll see that many rural hospitals are going out of business and others are merging to gain economy of scale.

https://www.entrepreneur.com/franchises/category/health has a list of top health related franchises including an Urgent Care Clinic which costs between $1 - $1.5M to start.

To serve humanity?
To earn money from people in need...?!?

You have to build a business case and present it to the hospital you want to have as a franchise.
You need to show what are the capabilities you personally have as a doctor or investor. What are the facilities you have financial and infrastructure.
