Hi Kendell, I'm not sure what you mean by higher position. Real estate is so broad as you can be a realtor or a private investor. You could also be a commercial real estate broker which is higher than a realtor. You could also work for a corporation in their real estate division where they acquire properties or you could be in charge of a real estate development company which acquires land in order to build homes, buildings, shopping malls etc. I'm not sure if I answered your question and if I didn't please be more specific about what you mean by 'higher position'. All the best.

Hi Kendell - I have seen several questions from you about real estate. Have you considered Real Estate investing as a potential option? I would recommend listening to podcasts - Biggerpockets, Rental Income, Morris Invest - to learn more about becoming an investor and joining local Real Estate Association (can be found on facebook - each city has their own chapter) to connect with local investors AND people from diff real estate fields. That's a great resource for you to network and connect with like minded professionals virtually.

Kendell,
Yes there is. You can always become a Broker and run our own real estate company or you can be a lead and have your own team of agents working for you.
