Hi, that depends on where you live and work but here is what I found on a quick google search:
Registered nurse
Median pay (annual): 67,490 USD (2015)
Median pay (hourly): 32.45 USD (2015)
Entry level education: Bachelor's degree
Projected 10-year growth: 16% (2014)
Number of jobs: 2,751,000 (2014)

That answer varies largely by the setting , education, and experience.
In Houston, TX, and RN can make anywhere from approximately $52,000 - $130,000 depending on the above factors. Hope this helped.

I am a travel nurse and tend to make more per hour than "staff nurses". A travel nurse makes some "tax free" pay so that helps also.

Please do not get into nursing based on income. Nursing is a passion. You need to love what you are doing, or you will not last.
Speaking from experience the south pays the lowest. California and New York pay the best, with higher cost of living. Night and critical care have differential pay and certifications increase your pay.
