Hello! What an interesting question!
There are many different kinds of art - comic graphics, painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, etc. Decide what form of art makes you feel alive, or really good about yourself when you are creating it. Then, get some input from others about it - do they like it, how does it make them feel when they look at it, would they buy a piece of your art? However, make sure that you are asking people who with answer you honestly!
Find some online classes, books in the library, you tube tutorials or art school classes in the medium you enjoy creating. Many art schools have grants and scholarships to reduce or fully cover the cost of the classes. Take an art class at your middle or high school. Ask your art teacher there how they can help you get more training or how you can improve your skills.

Hi Maria, be honest, consistent, and curious. If you want a start, find art classes near you. The instructors can help show you lots of different mediums and techniques. Once you find what resonates with you, keep doing it over and over and over again. You'll improve and start to find other areas that interest you. Then put it out in the world! Share with others. Put your heart into what you do and people will notice.
