How do I find babysitting jobs?

I am going into 9th grade. I love to be around little kids. I do not have many people to babysit for, though. My parents do not want me to put up flyers because they don't want me to be going into other people's homes.

Hi Bella,

I would look for volunteer programs that work with kids. Sometimes there are junior volunteer programs for high school students to work at summer camps, after-school programs, girl scouts, and things like that where you could work with kids.

You can also look to see if your community has any baby sitting training classes. Sometimes YMCA's will offer babysitting courses where you learn CPR and first aid.

You could talk to some of your teachers who have little kids and ask them about babysitting.
