What HBCUs have good culinary arts programs?

I have been looking for an HBCU with a culinary arts program and if I google it, it shows a few options but when I go to the school websites there's no information about that program.

Options today are very, very slim. Livingstone still has one. Spelman (my alma mater) has a Food Studies minor.
