It all depends on your financial resources. If you are able to afford graduate school right after your bachelor's then my recommendation is to definitely get it done early. But if you don't have the financial means then getting a job will be great both in the sense of experience and also make sure that they have a tuition assistance program to offset the cost out of pocket while trying to get your masters.

It depends on what field you want to go in. Generally, my suggestion is to gain experience (preferably relevant to your end job field). Also, while you are gaining experience most companies will help pay for continuing education. Someone once told me "If you're paying for higher ed, you're doing it wrong".

This is a personal opinion: I would gain experience before graduate school, unless your career requires it. Why? Because without experience you will still be going for the same jobs as those who do not have a masters degree. It does not necessarily give you the edge for entry level jobs but will cost you significantly. Get a job first, gain experience and you may find your employer will pay for some of your degree. In your second or third career move the masters degree can be the perfect differentiator to give you that needed edge. Go luck!!!
