What are the top medical schools on the east coast?

I am beginning to look for medical schools to attend in a few years, and I would love to have a jump start and having an idea on which are ranked highly.

Alexa, this may be a common answer but, it depends. There are so many areas of focus in the medical industry so it really depends on what you want to study. Oncology, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, the list goes on and on. If your goal is to go to the highest rank school you can just google top medical schools and go from there. I suggest you focus on your area of interest first and then narrow down your results from there. Also consider other factors that are important to you: do you want to be close to home, do you have any friends that will be attending the same school, outside of school do they have other offerings that are also appealing?
