Jacob’s Answer

Pause for a moment, breathe deeply, and ask yourself these questions: What are my strengths? What skills do I wish to develop that can benefit both me and the world?

Sometimes, rebooting your life also means redefining who you are. It all depends on how you present yourself. Seek out mentors and focus on their positive attributes, while learning from their flaws. Store away the negatives, and incorporate the positives into your own character. Once you've identified your goals, take the initiative to achieve them. Don't hesitate to seek guidance from those experienced in your chosen career path.

If you find yourself in a standstill, consider taking up a part-time job while exploring potential career paths. Tune into podcasts and commit to self-education – the more eager you are to learn, the more knowledge you'll acquire. Maintain this mindset consistently. Keep working on small tasks that will eventually lead to bigger and more significant achievements. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, so be patient with yourself.

Begin investing and seek out reputable companies.

Rebecca’s Answer

Thank you for your question. To start, you have to find out what careers you have interest.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest, eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker financial analyst, maths teacher, etc
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
