I currently study 4th year Japanese major,but i don’t like this major i almost graduate university this year.after graduate i want to do about music production and games program
1.now i have class 4 hours everyday Japanese major.after class on university i only have 3 hours self study,jlpt test,test,game program,music production how should i balance

Even though you do not care for your current major of Japanese, rest assure that it will be quite a useful degree and once you get your degree, you will be happy about it. You can delve into music production now if you have time and continue with it after graduation. I have left some links for you below of free classes you can take online.
I also am providing you with a link to learn about time management websites that may be helpful for you since you are seeking new ideas for managing your time. These may help with cutting down on feeling overloaded and stressful when you have many things you must do. I would also suggest keeping an appointment book so that you can schedule things without overlapping and having to cancel because of overbooking yourself. The great thing about time management is that you can review your own personal way because on any given day, you know what you'll need to do. Don't forget to schedule in some entertainment and recreation too !
My advice is to focus on your major study right now and fit in the online music theory only when you have time to do it. Then after you graduate, you can put as much time into the music theory courses as you can fit in. It's great to be that close to graduating and you'll want to give it all you've got for good grades and accomplishment. You will want to get a high mark on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and I am sure you will. It will be worth dedicating time to and it will only be temporary until you take the test.
