College Access Plan (CAP) provides assistance with college and financial aid applications as well as academic and professional planning. Since 2006, CAP has helped thousands of students navigate the college matriculation process. Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and volunteers, CAP creates a robust support network that seeks to level the playing field and bridge the opportunity gap for students from backgrounds that are underrepresented in postsecondary education.
