ANAMIKA’s Answer

To balance school, social life, and your entrepreneurial pursuits, stay organized, set priorities, and use time efficiently. Integrate your business with your academic work when possible, and ensure you set boundaries to maintain a healthy social life. Taking care of yourself and seeking support from others will keep you energized and motivated.

Jess’s Answer

The key is being intentional with your time and energy. College will throw a lot of opportunities your way, so it helps to be clear on your priorities. Create a flexible routine where you can make time for your classes, work on your ideas or projects, and also stay connected socially. You don’t need to give 100% to everything all the time—just make sure you’re showing up fully wherever you are.

I also like the “glass and rubber balls” analogy: Some things can be dropped and will bounce back (rubber), while others need your full attention because they could break if neglected (glass). It’s okay to say no sometimes, and it’s okay to step back from one area for a bit if another needs more focus.

Also, remember that rest and fun are just as important as hustle. Some of your best ideas and connections might actually come from being out in the world, not just grinding behind a laptop.
