You can get more specific, direct answers by searching for the Physical therapy curriculum outline of a school you are interested in to see a map of the coursework requirements as well as what electives and other options there are within that framework.
Generally, the first year is life science prerequisites (biology, organic chemistry, etc) with progression toward kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, statistics and research, medical ethics, etc. Lots of human body study, such as Biomechanics, Motion Analysis, the study of special populations (geriatric, pediatric, etc), and exercise science. The list goes on - it is a long program! Start exploring curriculums and programs.
