Federal positions are in such turmoil and are becoming so politicized that you may want to consider having a plan B with State Law Enforcement and plan C looking at City or County positions.

Lots of online resources to explore https://fbijobs.gov/special-agents positions, https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/career-development/how-to-become-an-fbi-agent, and https://www.secretservice.gov/careers/special-agent/qualifications.

Depending on your interests, developing skills that fewer people have may give you an advantage to secure an spot at Quantico. What specialization do they get the least applications for. I'd imagine that they get lots of Forensic Psychology folks and it'll be hard to stand out.

https://fbijobs.gov/students-and-graduates and https://intern.usajobs.gov/ have internship info that could help you get a full time positions. Also, explore local law enforcement opportunities to acquire skills like local ride a longs or https://www.austintexas.gov/department/community-police-academy type of activities.
