From my own experience, I think sales and customer success jobs are great for remote or hybrid work, especially in the IT field. Many big tech companies and startups, like Oracle, HubSpot, and ClickUp, allow remote work, even if you're in a different country.
A helpful tip is to check Glassdoor to find companies that support remote work.

Hello!
I highly recommend considering a remote career in Engineering. There are so many opportunities, and it lets you work efficiently from anywhere. The flexibility is amazing, and you often don’t need to meet face-to-face. As a Senior Engineer Consultant, I focus a lot on data and reporting, and I truly love my job. There are tons of exciting paths in Engineering, like Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, to name a few. The best part? There are endless learning opportunities! You can earn various certifications and attend bootcamps, with many companies, like Google, offering online courses. You can also pursue a degree tailored to your chosen career. I encourage you to explore the different Engineering fields and find the one that excites you the most!

Luckily, you may not have to limit yourself much to find remote work in today's workforce. While jobs in Sales, Customer Service, and Technology (software engineering especially) are absolutely great avenues for immediate remote work, many career fields offer remote positions once a professional has established themselves. So, while not every field will provide "out of the gate" remote opportunity, if you're willing to put in the initial time and research whether it's indeed a field that offers at least some remote options, it may very likely be an option down the road.
