When you go to college, you are accepting new academic challenges, meeting new people, and learning lots of new things, all while you're trying to figure out what to do after you graduate. I imagine it's normal to have doubts or feel like you're burning out sometimes. Most people around you will be in the same situation. I recommend that you prioritize spending time with people who can support and encourage you. The best thing about my own college experience was meeting people similar interests, doubts and motivations. Try to spend as much time as you can with mentors and friends who can support you and help you get through the challenges you face.

William’s Answer

Great question. College can be tough and intimidating at times. The most important thing for me was to have developed a peer/friend group who I could collaborate with/work with/commiserate work and share the experience with. Having good friends and peers who were experiencing similar conditions helped me get through the hardest times. Another really important thing for me was to make sure I had a good mix of extracurricular activities that I actually enjoyed doing to help me decompress and relax.
