Hi Victoria - you are asking the right questions. I suggest taking time to reflect on your questions write this stuff down. What brings you Joy?
What are your skills? What are your values and long term goals? This is something you will be reflecting upon your whole life and will be your basis as you move forward. Knowing who you are helps to effectively position yourself for future jobs. It also helps to discover whether a company you are interested in is a good fit for you. Too many people go through life having the company set the direction for them (that is - the company tells you want to do and you just follow along) instead of the other way around where you set the course. Knowing who you are and where you want to go helps build confidence and satisfaction in life. Good luck your path. You are already on your way!

Hi Victoria. No matter where you are in your journey, start exploring internship opportunities now. Interning with different companies that match your interests will help you decide what you want to do after your studies. If you're in high school, look for summer internships or shadowing roles. Follow companies on social media that relate to your field of interest; they often post about internships there. Also, don't hesitate to email or call companies directly to ask about available internship or shadowing opportunities.
