For me, the hardest part of dental hygiene school was learning how to balance it all: clinic hours, lectures, studying, and still trying to find time to sleep and eat! The intensity of the program really pushes you, not just academically but emotionally too.
But here’s what I’ll say: every challenge you face now is shaping you into a confident, competent professional. Don’t be afraid to lean on your classmates, your instructors, and your support system. And remember, you are capable of more than you think.
