Choosing the right major can take time, and it’s completely normal to have doubts. A good way to tell if a major fits you is to notice how you feel when you study the subject—do you find it interesting, do you enjoy learning about it, and does it make you want to know more? If yes, that’s a great sign. It also helps to think about what kind of work you might like to do in the future and whether this major can help you get there.
At the same time, don’t feel like this decision is final. Many people change their major or career path later on, and that’s okay. What’s more important is to stay curious and open. If you have a chance to explore different subjects or try out new things, take it—you learn a lot that way. You’re not stuck with one choice forever.

It's important to consider your strengths and weaknesses - what comes naturally to you and what do you tend to struggle with? I was a zoology major and had a difficult time as I was NOT good at topics like biochemistry, organic chemistry, etc. At the same time, I was a psychology minor and those were the classes I found easiest and enjoyed the most. Looking back, I wish I would have majored in psychology from the start!
