Hello, Yael !
Your question seems to be asking if there are scholarships for Black students to use for High School. No. There usually are no "scholarships" to use in high school because most high schools are free, no tuition. If you are in a private high school, there are sometimes grants that parents or students can apply for to alleviate the tuition, but for scholarships, you would need to ask about using them for college, not "in High School" as you've asked.
Since you are in High School right now, this is the perfect time to learn about scholarships and grants, where to find them, how they work and what the application dates and deadlines for application are. Once you know the actual college you will be attending, you can find out what scholarships they offer and if you qualify. You are very welcomed to apply for scholarships for Black Students in addition to scholarships for your Major Subject, local, city and State Scholarships, scholarships from companies connected to your major and general scholarships and grants. You would read the guidelines of the scholarships and see if you qualify.
For Black college students, the biggest and most prestigious scholarships would be the Ron Brown Scholarship, the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship, and the Jesse Jackson Fellows–Toyota Scholarship. I advise looking into these now, write down or print the information and make them priority scholarships to apply for. After that, apply to as many scholarships as possible to increase your probability of getting some. It's a matter of applying and waiting to hear back if you've been given the scholarship or not. The time invested in applying for many, many scholarships is well worth it !
Also, the NAACP offers several scholarships through its Inspire Initiatives, including the Hubertus W. V. Willems Scholarship for students in engineering, chemistry, physics, and mathematical sciences, and the Ed Dwight Scholarship honoring the first Black astronaut candidate.
Do not forget that you can also and should also apply for Federal Student Financial Aid. If you qualify, it comes in the form of a Grant and Work Study money. They also offer student loans which you can refuse if you do not want to have to pay back loans once you stop attending college. Talk with a financial aid officer at a nearby college about Loan Refusal to get the information for when you are ready.
I hope this helps for when you attend college and I wish you all the best !
