What is life like as a nurse anesthetist?
What are the pros and cons of life as a nurse anesthetist? I want to know how nurse anesthetists spend their time in a surgery room/hospital or any other medical setting.

Hi Milana,
To become a nurse anesthetist, you first need to earn a bachelors and pass the licensing exam to become a registered nurse (RN).
You'll then need at least a year of experience working as a nurse. For your advanced training to become a APRN, you'll need a doctorate from this year. The program entails some 2500 clinical hours and administration of anesthesia at least 600 times under supervision. This is followed by the licensing exam.
