What is the realistic amount of experience is needed for working in the ICU as a nurse who wants to pursue nurse anesthesia. How do I get into ICU really. ?

I am currently looking to start my associates degree in nursing at a community college, and I need this advice to be able to plan my future career or even decide which path I have to take.

Complete your nursing degree and gain experience on a med/surg floor. Once you've built a strong foundation, consider moving to a critical care floor. With skills in handling vents, A lines, EKGs, and quick decision-making in emergencies, you'll be ready to explore critical care areas.
