What does becoming a power distributor and dispatcher look like for a woman?
For a Black woman starting, what are the biggest hurdles I should expect in the first year? And who are the people I should look for to make sure I’m moving up the ladder and not just sitting at the desk?

Hello Fidelia:
Never worry what it will look like becoming a power distributor and a dispatcher for a woman. Just Do It - You learn as you go. If you encounter any hurdles - deal with the hurdles and move forward. Remember you can be a trial blazer for other women in this field and you can set the standards. Never Be Afraid to try something new if this is your interest and passion again Just Do It.
