How could I progress in my dream career?

How would I be able to get to my dream career quicker which is a neurosurgeon in the medical field? What are some steps I could take either now or in the future to help me progress and get through college?

I am sorry to say there is no quick way to becoming a neurosurgeon. Look at it differently - all of the years of studying, learning, and developing your talents should be joyful. Most any big accomplishment comes from steady, sustained work. Climbing Mt. Everest, getting to the moon, obtaining a graduate degree...
So, focus on how great your target condition will be, and enjoy the expedition!
