Hi Keyona,
Usually, you need a resume when you're applying for jobs, and the things you list on your resume should be relevant to the role you are applying for. I'm going to assume that you're not currently a licensed cosmetologist (please correct me if you are!), so you should include any relevant work or volunteer experience (even if that's things like doing your friend's hair/makeup/nails) or relevant classes you've taken.
If you don't have any relevant experience, I'd recommend getting some by volunteering yourself to help your friends and family with their beauty treatments. Another idea is to see if there are any plays or performances at your school and volunteer to do hair and makeup for that. These are all things that you can add to your resume.
I'd also look to see if there are any local community colleges nearby that have cosmetology programs. Oftentimes, high school students can do dual enrollment (aka go to high school AND take college classes at the same time) for a discounted rate or for free at times.

As a 10th grader, your resume doesn't need a lot of work experience. Focus on showing your interest in cosmetology and your willingness to learn. Include your education, any relevant classes, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, and skills such as communication, customer service, creativity, and attention to detail. If you've practiced hairstyling, makeup, nail art, or skincare on friends or family, or completed any online beauty courses or workshops, include those as relevant experience or projects. Keeping your resume clean, organized, and tailored to cosmetology will make a great first impression.
