How to pay for living expenses over the breaks?

I'm a 24, soon to be 25, year old independent student hoping to start again full time in the fall at a community college and later transfer to a 4 year college to get a bachelor's in animation. I'm worried that because of my age I'll have a harder time finding a part time job or summer work. Is this something I should worry about and if so how could I work around it?

If you have work experience, you might find it easier to get a summer or part-time job compared to someone without experience. Make sure you have job skills that AI can't replace. Entry-level animators are less in demand because AI can now create concept art, fill in frames, automate repetitive tasks, and help with things like lip-syncing or simple character animation. Consider doing informational interviews to discover which animation skills are currently in demand, and focus on learning those skills.
