Why Nursing, What were your deciding factors?

What was the push to get through nursing school. School seems so draining and I've struggled in the past what helped you push through? I am currently a PCT and have been for 2 years and I am afraid of getting burnt out by the time I graduate. Being in a hospital and the low end is hard you get burnt out quick and it make me question if i want to be in healthcare for the rest of my career

That's great question.
First decision to do or persu nursing depends on many things, you might want to impact positively in people health and life and feel happy with gratitude.
You might have had a family member who had some medical condition that drained your family both emotionally and financially and wish you would be within the health sector so as to have some impact on their overall health intervention.
This are some factors that can drive someone to have interest in nursing. In additional to the medical sector staff shortages country wide with increased employment opportunities
