Hi Dario,
I think after-school activities is very important! After-school activities show that you're motivated, can manage your time, and contribute to something beyond the classroom. These activities are good for college students.

After-school activities are a great way to learn important skills like teamwork, communication, discipline, leadership, and time management. Pick activities that you enjoy and that help you reach your future goals. It's important to keep a balance, get enough rest, and stick with a few activities to truly improve your skills. Think about what you're learning and seek advice from professionals. Set easy goals and make sure the activities are fun and helpful for you over time.

Roberto’s Answer
After-school activities are a total game-changer because is like a "life lab." They teach you the real-world stuff books can’t—like how to lead a team, handle pressure, and manage your time—all while figuring out what you actually enjoy doing when nobody is grading you.
It’s also the best way to find "your people" and build an identity outside of school stress. Balancing a club or a sport now makes you way more prepared for the real world later, and honestly, it just makes you a much more interesting person to talk to
Don't do everything. Just pick one or two things you actually give about. It’s better to be all-in on one cool project than to burn out trying to do five things just to look busy.
