How to Explore Personal Advantages amid Job Hunting Pressure?

I am under great pressure in job hunting. I feel I am not as competitive as my peers. Most of them have more than two internships while I only have a six month industry research internship. I also lack impressive practical skills and worry about being rejected due to insufficient internship experience.
Some peers are party members and have rich experience, but I cannot find my own outstanding strengths. I want to know how to explore my personal advantages and what I should do now to improve my competitiveness.

Cassandra’s Answer

A six-month internship offers rare depth; focus on your specific problem-solving wins rather than just listing tasks. To quickly close technical gaps, use AI as a personalized tutor to master Excel or SQL and simulate mock interviews. Leverage AI tools to analyze job descriptions and align your unique research experience with exactly what employers seek. Remember, companies prioritize practical value over the quantity of internships. You aren't behind—you’re specialized, and using AI effectively shows the modern agility employers crave.
