Zoria,
While your question is a bit vague, here are some general pointers. Whether your goal is career-focused or personal, it's important that it's realistic and measurable. Only you, yourself, can determine what is realistic, and if you can actually achieve it. It's important that you can visualize what it would be like to achieve this goal, and how it would feel inside your body, mind, and soul. The difference between dreams and fulfilled goals is commitment. Achieving goals is very similar to learning something new and mastering the skill. When you're ready to commit to this goal, create your action plan. Ask yourself, "What steps am I going to take to achieve this goal" and "What does my life look like when I have achieved this goal"? The steps should be realistic and measurable, specific to who you are. After defining your steps, you should now understand the process needed to achieve your desired goal. When you're committed to acting on this goal, you can begin your process. How do you get from visualizing your dream to living your dream? (Discipline, making mistakes, trial & error, and the refusal to give up on yourself). Just because you complete the process successfully for 1 day, doesn't mean it will stick for the rest of your life. Thus, you must wake up and desire for this same goal again the next day, and the next until it becomes an unconscious habit. Remember, humans aren't perfect computers and life happens. As long as you stay focused on what you want to achieve and how you want to feel, you will get to exactly where you need.
