The fact that your team is an enabler for any business to succeed!
You have to understand the business needs and then look for the technology options that better address these needs. The technology is constantly evolving and it is exciting to keep learning new things every day. But it is important to start by understanding the business and then applying the technology to address a business case.
So you need to develop a team that is able to navigate thru the newest technologies but also ask right questions to identify the best technology that is applicable for each case. It is a wonderful mix!
