Yes! But one of the things you'll have to possess if you want to be a doctor is initiative, research skills, creative problem solving skills, and determination. Which means that this question-- and the hopes of getting specific answers-- would have been better accomplished by doing a Google search. Look into those medical schools! Research them and research why you should or shouldn't attend a school. Don't expect easy answers to be handed to you because in health care, they're often not.

There are many medical schools in Texas. Google "medical schools in Texas" and a list will come up. Texas and California both have a large number of medical schools.

Yes! There are numerous medical schools in Texas. The University of Texas system has medical schools in Dallas, Houston, Galveston, San Antonio, and El Paso. There are also medical schools in Lubbock, Austin, College Station, and in the Rio Grand Valley area.
