Vinayaka’s Answer

Hi...

It really depends on the company, your education qualification, your work experience, your grade, your role and your previous projects.

If you have a good educational background with good work experience, you will be paid more. Ideally a fresher in India joining a IT company will earn 20000 per month approx. As your experience grows, your salary grow.

Good Luck..
