What I don't like about my job is the Human Resource department does not like to help their employees resolve conflicts.

Working in a medical office can become more of a tired routine if you don’t allow yourself to take a break. Depending on what type of medical office you work in, performing the same tasks can become boring if you are the type of person who needs frequent stimulation/change of scenery. I like to talk to my coworkers or get up and walk around to help refocus my mind on the tasks I’m performing.
