How do you get a work staff for when your starting up a new company

You can use advertising as others have mentioned, but I would recommend reaching out to friends and acquaintances for references. Especially while you are still figuring out the ins and outs of your business, you want to hire people that have been vouched for. Hiring unknown people comes with a lot of risk and is easier to do once your company becomes more formal and has more strict workplace policies in place.

I echo what Asia M answered as well. You can also post some adds for what you are looking for on Craigslist. Review similar job posts and see how other employers are recruiting talent. I have had businesses in the past and I was able to get some decent talent this way. Another option is to recruit interns through local colleges etc. You can also review Craigslist for this as well and post that you are looking for interns. Anyhow, this may be the most economical way to recruit as you are looking to build your company without having to outsource to a staffing agency.

Depending on the type of work to be completed, number of resources (staff), and your budget you have a couple options. You can outsources the responsibility of recruiting resources to a local staffing agency or post ad on various mediums (newspapers, Facebook, job boards, etc...). You should be able to locate staffing agencies that cater to your type of business by conducting on-line research or contacting the firms directly.

A staffing company can definitely assist you with staffing. I will also suggest people that you are aware of with a great work ethic. I agree with Alex and Asia as well. Good luck with staffing.
