Kim’s Answer

The level of stress to which you will experience will vary person to person. First you need to know your triggers and what will increase your stress levels. You might want to start with just a few classes or easier classes to determine if your will experience will be stressful. I think when you are learning something new, at a fast pace and when testing is involved people naturally increase their stress levels. I am also firm believer that therapy is a great way to find coping tools to manage the stress, if you have not entertained that idea you might want to do that. Start slow, and work your way into it. Just like with anything, it will get easier once you establish a routine determine what works for you. Good luck.
