Qualifications to Work in a Fish Hatchery

I am a rising senior and one of the careers that I am considering is working in an aquacultured ornamental fish hatchery, or something similar. What should I study for this job and where could I study it?

Hatchery technicians are often employed by state departments of wildlife or conservation, but some also find work in private industry.
These jobs often require at least an associate or bachelor's degree in aquaculture or a related biological science.
