what job can I work with animals, but not to surgeries or stuff like that.

You can work in a zoo as a zoo keeper (zoologist). You can also train the animals. I suggest going to your local zoo and asking questions to the zoo keepers and trainers there. They would most likely be more than happy to give you guidance as to what to do and what not to do based on their experience. You can also work at an animal shelter. You may also get an opportunity to volunteer at all these places so you can start obtaining experience and making contacts in the field you are interested in.
