I am a software engineer which is a profession that a lot of musicians are attracted to because of the creativity and the structure. It's a great job I love and with the earnings I'm able to afford recording and performing my music so I get the best of both worlds (:

Hi! I am a Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer which means I determine the cause of the issue a department is having and see how training can help. What I love about consulting is that I'm an investigator. I'm trying to get to the root of the issue which may mean that training is not the answer. If it is, I get to create an experience for them which includes activities, games, and competitions. I get to help people everyday become better and to be happier and more confident in their role.
