How do I become an Orthodontist?

How many years of college to I need to become an Orthodontist? What degrees do I need to become an Orthodontist? Around how much is college going to cost?

You have to complete your UG in dentistry which will qualify you as a general dentist. Then , you will have to choose your speciality as orthodontics during your pg masters. It will take around (5 years of UG+ 3years of PG) 8 years to become a qualified orthodontist. Average private schools cost for about $67,087 Tuition & Fees.
It's worth all the time and money if you are passionate about it!

Four years of Under Grad with a Bachelor's Science(preferably) Four years of Dental School and an additional Three years of Specialty Orthodontic School . Depending on if the school you select is State or Private will depend on the overall cost.
