It depends on which company, settings, experience, location and license status.

The ball park range is 15 to 25 dollars per hour.

Walmart pays more than Walgreens which pays more than CVS (my experience from 10 years ago, not sure now)
Hospital pharmacies pay more than retail (difference is up to 5 dollars)
Certified techs are paid more than licensed techs (certified techs clear the PTCB exam)

I would say try to negotiate for extra 2 dollars per hour.
