What is a medical ll test for pilots?

I read about a medical II test is it something I should prepare for ?

Like Fred Rosenberger said in a comment, the 'medical II test' appears to test your body's health and capabilities. The site refers to the test a second class medical examination.

To become a pilot: Yes, it seems likely you'll need to take it.
