Rafee’s Answer

Many jobs come with tough situations, but they also offer rewarding outcomes. You might face new challenges that teach you how to overcome obstacles. For example, in my first job after college as a product engineer for a semiconductor company, I traveled to factories in the Philippines, Korea, and China for weeks at a time. This was a new experience, being away from family and friends, but it was rewarding. I got to network with colleagues and learn about different cultures.

For those interested in electrical work, there's a difference between electrical engineers and electricians. Electricians can earn good pay, but you need to be certified and gain experience. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and are willing to get certified, consider becoming an electrician. It's a challenging but essential job in many systems and infrastructures.

Alex’s Answer

Some of the rewards are helping other companies out with their issues. When a company is in a better position than they were before I helped them, that is a success. An example is when a company was struggling with getting an audit completed due to many errors by their staff. I was able to come in and clean-up the issues and assist the auditors with getting information they needed to complete the audit. Another example was helping a runner with their running technique, which needed some work. After working with this athlete for a period of time, the became the MVP of the meet in the City Championships.
