What will help me achieve my goals to the fullest?

I’m currently focusing on my associates in business management and will continue my studies after I do my associates and I’m in my second year right now.

Set attainable and quantifiable goals. Divide your larger aspirations into manageable steps or mini-goals that can be achieved regularly. When faced with disheartenment, don't surrender! Persist and remind yourself that you have the ability to reach your targets!

what are your goals? if it is to eventually get your bachelors in business management then you are on track. Stay focused on the steps you are taking and not the long term goal. Hang around people that share the same interest(field of study) because you never know when those connections will come in handy for when you complete your bachelors and need to find a job in your field. You have to be hungry for what you want and only then will you actually achieve your goals! business management is a broad career path and has so much opportunity to move up but keep in mind there will be other people trying to move up or into this career path so make sure you take your academics seriously and get as much experience as possible.

The work required to achieve your goals depends greatly on what kind of goals you have in mind. As general advice coming from somebody who also went through business school, one of the best things you can do is to make a point of meeting as many people as possible. I would go as far as to say the people I met at university are a greater asset than the knowledge I gained in class. Take advantage of every opportunity that you have to meet somebody new. This could mean joining and becoming involved in a club that you're interested in, or just spending time with people that you meet at school. The name of the game is consistent exposure. Meeting somebody once will only get you so far, but having a reason (think club meetings or Wednesday night trivia) to spend time with people consistently is where you really have the chance to build lasting relationships, as well as meet mutual friends and expand your network. These connections can become incredibly important in many different ways. Maybe you find roommates for next year, maybe you meet a future business partner, or maybe you meet the love of your life. Either way, college is ultimately what you make of it so it's worth trying to maximize the value of your time and money spent.

1. Identify the types of businesses/jobs.
2. Knowing the individual goals.
3. List the goals through a scale of preferences.
4. Examine the extent of your INTEREST and KNOWLEDGE in the types of goals, relating to the types of businesses you have interest.

I believe that creating a strategy and setting your objectives from the beginning can greatly strengthen your chances of success in the future. Keep in mind that we all encounter challenges, and it's your persistence and ability to bounce back that will ultimately determine whether you achieve your goals or not.
