It can be smart to exercise or eat before you study, so you don’t feel restless or hungry. Planning also allows you to set achievable goals, which is essential for motivation and progress. You can ensure that work is distributed evenly across all subjects and that no relevant information or tasks are overlooked.

2. Learn to Take Good Notes. Taking good notes is a vital habit for any college student to develop. Taking extensive and accurate notes can help students recall the details of lectures, readings, and discussions once test time rolls around. Taking notes by hand is recommended over typing, as studies have shown it encourages deeper mental processing of the material. However, typing notes can work and adding visuals and colors can help make typed notes more impactful. Make it a habit to review the upcoming class material beforehand. Even if it doesn't make complete sense initially, the aim is to get a basic grasp of the information that will be discussed in detail by the professors. Prepare a list of queries related to the topic and bring it to class.

Choose a seat in the front row, as close to the professor and blackboard as possible, to minimize distractions and maintain focus on the presented information. Pay attention to the professor, listen carefully to their words, and observe what's written on the blackboard or shown on slides.

If there are slides, don't just read them. Instead, listen to the professor's explanation of the content. Avoid interrupting the professor's flow, as it might disrupt their thought process. Stay focused on the professor's line of reasoning.

When the professor invites questions, feel free to ask any that have arisen during the lecture or from your pre-prepared list. Once you're home, revisit the material to gauge your understanding compared to the previous day. This will make the learning process more effective and enjoyable.

Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question. This is more your time management and study plan.
Firstly, you may need to find a time management tool that suitable to you, eg Calendar in your phone,MS outlook, etc
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time everyday for your assignment & projects, review the materials have covered during the day and prepare for next day lesson
3. Make sure you have sufficient time to sleep and assign some time for exercise
4. Before exam/assessment, you need to assign more time for revision ahead
5. Form study groups with your classmates to prepare the exam

A good method is orgnization, disipline, focus with no distractions, consentrate on what you what want to acomplish in the long term, don't let distractions take you out of your focusness and enjoy the ride.
