Maintaining a certain level of physical fitness is essential for your health and safety, and there's a wealth of knowledge you'll need to absorb to perform your duties effectively.

As you navigate this journey, you'll make a positive impact on countless lives, contribute to the safety of your community, and evolve into a figure of respect and protection, provided you make the right decisions. I served for 30 years and would relive the experience in a heartbeat if given the chance. Is it challenging? Absolutely, but if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
