Hi Aron,
Nursing can be pretty stressful at times. On some days, it can even be overwhelming. You'll have good and bad days. The stress level also depends on where you work and what type of nursing you do. Hospitals are pretty busy and stressful. You're responsible for keeping patients alive. You're also dealing with stressful situations like trauma and death, especially if you work in an emergency room or critical care ICU.

Nursing can be very demanding too. Your patients will need you all of the time. Their families will need you. Doctors will depend on you. You'll have to be really careful not to make big mistakes. Sometimes, it'll feel like there's not enough time to get everything done.

The good news is, if you learn time management and how to be a team player, it gets easier overtime. I worked in a hospital for almost 10 years and there were days I wanted to cry, but overall, the joy I felt when my patients felt better was rewarding. ...And there's never a boring day!

Praveenaa’s Answer

Nursing is a highly respectable profession that demands patience to deal with various mindsets. Each individual's psychology differs, and the ability to manage these differences can be stressful.
In addition to their professional responsibilities, nurses also have to focus on their families and personal challenges, which can be quite demanding. They must also be ready to respond to calls from doctors and hospital management at any time.
Despite these pressures, if a person is passionate about their job and loves nursing, the stress becomes easier to handle. When the job aligns with one's passion, even the most challenging tasks can seem manageable.
In conclusion, nurses deserve our utmost respect for their dedication and hard work.

I hope this provides a clearer understanding.
