I'd recommend working for a local FBO/flight school as a dispatcher. Most of them don't do formal internships but more as part-time jobs. Look for slightly smaller airports like Hanscom/Bedford or Beverly instead of a major international airport like Boston as they'll be more willing to take on folks with less experience and you'll get more exposure to the various departments (maintenance, instruction, charter, product, etc). Most commercial pilots start their careers as flights instructors at a local FBO, earn enough time and work their way up to a regional commuter and eventually to a major airline. Good Luck!
